Who will I be working with?

You’ll be working for leading international media companies that produce news websites, magazines, conferences and exhibitions, and alongside a team of technical experts and creative producers.


What will I do?

The Junior Digital Project Manager plays a key role in the successful management and evolution of our clients’ digital product ranges.

You’ll work closely with each client’s internal team to develop a good understanding of their brands, products, platforms and tools, as well as their operations and project management style.

In practice this means applying your project management experience and product knowledge to daily issue management and change requests, product launches, feature rollouts, platform migrations and more.

You will collaborate with support agents, ad ops specialists and creatives, and work closely with a range of external technology and platform vendors.

Your organised approach and excellent communication skills will be essential in your position as an important link between users, managers, commercial stakeholders and strategists. 

What is my role responsible for?

  • Issue and change management for client digital products and platforms

  • Digital Project Management and task delivery

The successful candidate will have developed their skills in a commercial environment and have sufficient professional confidence to hit the ground running.

You will be familiar with industry-standard task management tools and have experience assessing and prioritising tasks based on impact, benefit and estimated effort.

Coordinating activity, tracking progress, managing upward and driving delivery will be second nature.

Most importantly, you will be passionate about the future of media and excited about using the best technologies, practices and approaches in your daily work. 

What essential criteria do I need to meet?

  • At least 1 year of recent experience in Digital Project Management

  • Experience using common project management and collaboration tools to coordinate activity, report on progress and ensure on-spec and on-time deliveries

  • Excellent requirements analysis and documentation skills

  • An understanding of current digital media technologies and platforms

  • The ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-oriented environment

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Exemplary communication and presentation skills
