Who will I be working with?

You’ll be working with leading international media companies who produce news websites, print magazines and industry events, and alongside a team of Digital specialists and Creative producers.


What will I do?

The Digital Project Manager (Digital Media) is a key part of the Digital and Creative Services team.

We work together to provide clients with digital product management, web development, graphic design and media production services.

As a DPM, your organised approach, excellent communication skills and broad project management experience will be an essential part of project delivery.

You will collaborate with designers, project managers and web managers, and liaise with external suppliers to help manage, evolve and deliver client product ranges.

You will regularly work across departments and as part of project teams including C-level stakeholders.


What will my responsibilities be?

• Digital project management

• Manage, support and administer digital products, systems and platforms.


What do I need for the role?

The successful candidate will have developed project management skills in a commercial environment, and have sufficient professional confidence to hit the ground running.

You will be familiar with industry standard digital project and platform tools, and will have had exposure to the daily challenges users of digital platforms face.

Coordinating activity, tracking progress, assessing efforts, managing upward and across teams and driving delivery will be second nature.

Most importantly, you will be passionate about the future of media and excited about incorporating the best technologies, practices and approaches client projects and products.


What will my key responsibilities be?

What essential criteria do I need to meet?

• At least 2 years recent experience in Digital Project Management
• Experience using common project management and collaboration tools to coordinate project activities, report on progress and ensure on spec and on time deliveries
• Excellent requirements analysis and documentation skills
• An understanding of current digital media technologies and platforms
• The ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-oriented environment
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Exemplary communication and presentation skills
